Hi Is the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF (RSP) available as a symbol on Sierra Chart? I searched the symbols for RSP and skimmed over any using ETF as a search and it did not find it. |

Ok, I believe you that it is there but when I search for 'RSP' via find symbol it comes up with nothing. Which category is the instrument listed under and perhaps I can scroll through manually to find it.

The first thing is to update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And then you can search for symbols following this method: File Menu: Searching for Stock Symbols Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you I found the symbol now. After updating to the current version, when I open one chartbook I have all the tabs for each chart for only that book along the bottom of the screen which is fine. However when I open a second chartbook, on the second chartbook I now have all the tabs for the first and second chartbook appear along the bottom of the screen.. is this a bug with the new version or is there a new setting to select to only display the tabs for charts applicable to the current chartbook selected? On the old version, only the tabs for charts in that current chartbook were displayed along the bottom. |

What version of the software are you running where you see this issue?

Ver 2813 The issue is in the attached pictures (in previous post) along the bottom. Any chartbook after the first chartbook will scatter chart tabs from all chartbooks along the bottom of the screen as indicated by the arrows. Any chartbook should only display the chart tabs included in that chartbook file. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-12-10 16:26:24

In general, you are correct that the charts should only show for the chartbook that is open. But, there is a way around this, by setting the option for "Window >> Window Always Visible". When that option is enabled for a chart, then that chart will be visible (and available) no matter what chartbook is currently active. It looks like you have that option enabled for those charts that are showing in the "wrong" chartbook. Refer to the following: Window, CB and CW Menus: Window Always Visible (Window) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
