TT–Sierra Connection Showing “Server is Shut Off”

Our TT–Sierra Chart connection has suddenly disconnected, and the platform is showing the message: “server is shut off.”
I’m reaching out to confirm whether this is a technical issue on the TT/Sierra side, because in our previous correspondence the deadline communicated to us for discontinuation was January 2026.

Could you please clarify:

Whether this is an unexpected outage or a configuration issue, and

When the service/connection is expected to be restored?

We are checking on this. Must be related to the CME outage. We do not think anything is wrong on our side but we are checking.
