Our TT–Sierra Chart connection has suddenly disconnected, and the platform is showing the message: “server is shut off.” I’m reaching out to confirm whether this is a technical issue on the TT/Sierra side, because in our previous correspondence the deadline communicated to us for discontinuation was January 2026. Could you please clarify: Whether this is an unexpected outage or a configuration issue, and When the service/connection is expected to be restored? Thanks for your help. |
