We apologize for this. This does appear to be an issue on our side. It relates to Internet connectivity on the particular server running the TT order routing process. This is an unusual condition and will be working at on it after 5 PM US Eastern time today. So in about 30 minutes. For TT order routing we do not have any backup Internet. It is not difficult to set up backup Internet connectivity for TT. However, because TT was meant to be phased out more than two years ago, and being Internet connectivity to the server it runs on is very reliable there was no effort made on this.
