I have a data subscription with IBKR. I'm trying to load charts, but they aren't loading. I can see the prices, but there are no charts, only the message: "waiting to download..." Can you help me with the error? Symbols: SGBX, PACS, SBUX, APLD...

Make sure you are entering the correct symbol as needed by Interactive Brokers. You can not just enter the standard ticker symbol (SGBX). Refer to the following:
Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format

Also, getting the message "Waiting to Download" typically means that the data is trying to be downloaded and you need to wait for it to complete.

The setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download" controls how much data will be initially downloaded when the system has not had data for a symbol previously, therefore if this is set high, then it could take awhile to get the data. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings)

I've figured out the issue I was having. The problem was in the Real-Time Data Client selection in Symbol Settings.

Previously, I was selecting "SC Data Server Sub-Client 1" and it wasn't working properly, or only worked with some symbols that were loading through IBKR.

Now I've selected "SC Exchange Data Service Sub-Client 3" (TRIED SC Exchange Data Service Sub-Client 1" BUT IS DELAYED) and everything started working correctly. I can see the "M" designation (I'm testing the Denali Exchange Data Feed US Equities Consolidated Tape subscription this month).

I couldn't find any documentation explaining how to choose the correct option in Symbol Settings → Real-Time Data Client. Could you please provide a link to documentation that explains:

What each Real-Time Data Client option means

When to use "SC Data Server Sub-Client" vs "SC Exchange Data Service Sub-Client"

Thank you for your assistance!

These are items you should not be changing.

If you are needing specific symbols for some reason, then you should copy an existing one and then update the items you need to change, but not the "Real Time Data Client" entry.

When you are using our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then the "Real Time Data Client" needs to be set to "SC exchange data service sub-client 3".

But, as we stated, you should copy one of the "?", "??", "???", "????", or "?????" symbol settings to create a new symbol for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape.

Thank you for the clear explanation! Now I understand the proper way to configure symbols for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape from Denali Exchange Data Feed.
Correct Real-Time Data Client for Denali Tape: SC Exchange Data Service Sub-Client 3
Copy existing symbol settings (?, ??, ???, etc.) instead of modifying critical fields
Don't change the "Real Time Data Client" entry when creating new symbols
This resolved my issue with real-time data not updating on charts. The documentation could indeed benefit from explicitly stating these configuration details for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape service.
