I have purchased the Denali data and also have the correct service package but I still don’t have access to the Live Data feed it only shows Sim

"Sim" has nothing to do with the data. If you are seeing "Sim" that this means that you have the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled. Refer to the following:

You do have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, but you have not properly completed the exchange agreements, nor have you connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. These are both related, as you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you have your live account setup, then you can redo the agreements at the following link. You will need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live trading account. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter the brokerage name that has your account.

Then you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. If you let us know what trading service or broker, you are using, then we can point you to the proper instructions to connect.

Ok I do see now that I was missing some information on the CME agreement, do I have to wait for the old CME agreement I filled out incorrectly to reject before resigning? I believe the broker the prop firm i am using is Edge Clear

You do not need to wait for the previous agreements to go through. You can do new agreements at any time.
