"Sim" has nothing to do with the data. If you are seeing "Sim" that this means that you have the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled. Refer to the following: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes You do have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, but you have not properly completed the exchange agreements, nor have you connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. These are both related, as you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. You will need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live trading account.
