In the attached pic, is there a way to make the horizontal line study cut off where my arrow is pointing? Essentially I would like to have my manual levels only comes out slightly past me Lock Fill Space level, not going across the entire screen if that makes sense.

Thank you!

The "Horizontal Lines" study only draws where the bars are located, by default. Check the "Draw Style" that you have set for the active subgraphs, as it looks like you have it set to something other than "Line". Setting it to "Line" should give you what you want. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Line (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_LINE)

You could use the Current Price Line study:
- Set the Based On to the study you want only in the Fill Space
- Set the 'Forward Project Current Price Line' to Yes
- Set the 'Display Current Price Line on Chart Bars' to No
- In the Based On study, set the Draw Style to Text

Use another instance for every line.
