is there a way to make the horizontal line study cut off where my arrow is pointing?
You could use the Current Price Line study:- Set the Based On to the study you want only in the Fill Space - Set the 'Forward Project Current Price Line' to Yes - Set the 'Display Current Price Line on Chart Bars' to No - In the Based On study, set the Draw Style to Text Use another instance for every line.
