Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I am currently experiencing an issue where my data feed shows
“Delayed Data Feed”, even though I have an active Denali Exchange Data Feed subscription and a connected, funded live trading account.

This setup was working perfectly last night, and nothing has been changed on my end since then — yet now all charts are showing delayed data.

I have also read through the relevant help files and documentation, but to no avail.

Please let me know,

Regards,

At the time you opened this thread, you did not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you did not have enough funds in your account for the exchange to automatically renew on November 1, 2025.

We see you have activated an exchange since then, so you should be fine now.

Separately, we see the following in the log you had originally posted:
2025-11-04 03:28:04.808 | Warning: The Custom DLL study "gcUserStudies.scsf_gcForexFactory" has just caused a CPU exception. *
2025-11-04 03:28:04.808 | Warning: This Custom DLL study may cause Sierra Chart to be unstable until you remove the study from the chart and restart Sierra Chart. *

A CPU Exception like this is a problem and requires that you restart Sierra Chart. You need to stop using studies that are part of that DLL (gcUserStudies.scsf_gcForexFactory) and let the developer know that you are getting CPU exceptions from it. If you continue to use those studies, then your Sierra Chart software will be unstable and you could get information that is incorrect.
