Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am currently experiencing an issue where my data feed shows “Delayed Data Feed”, even though I have an active Denali Exchange Data Feed subscription and a connected, funded live trading account. This setup was working perfectly last night, and nothing has been changed on my end since then — yet now all charts are showing delayed data. Symbols MESZ25_FUT_CME / MGCZ25_FUT_CME https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1762244750545.png I have also read through the relevant help files and documentation, but to no avail.
