At the time you opened this thread, you did not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you did not have enough funds in your account for the exchange to automatically renew on November 1, 2025. We see you have activated an exchange since then, so you should be fine now. -- Separately, we see the following in the log you had originally posted: 2025-11-04 03:28:04.808 | Warning: The Custom DLL study "gcUserStudies.scsf_gcForexFactory" has just caused a CPU exception. *

You need to stop using studies that are part of that DLL (gcUserStudies.scsf_gcForexFactory) and let the developer know that you are getting CPU exceptions from it. If you continue to use those studies, then your Sierra Chart software will be unstable and you could get information that is incorrect.
