Hello, I would like to activate real-time data for the CME E-mini (ES) and Micro E-mini (MES) S&P 500 futures. I am a non-professional trader and I have an Interactive Brokers account that you can use to verify my non-professional status. Please let me know what I need to do to complete the process. We see that you have completed the agreements and have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active. What you have not done yet is connected your Sierra Chart software to your Interactive Brokers account in order to update your "Verifed Until" date for the non-professional requirement from the CME Group. When you properly connect to your live, funded futures trading account, this date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to get the real-time data.
