We see that you have completed the agreements and have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active. What you have not done yet is connected your Sierra Chart software to your Interactive Brokers account in order to update your "Verifed Until" date for the non-professional requirement from the CME Group. When you properly connect to your live, funded futures trading account, this date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to get the real-time data.
