Historical Data not downloading

Hello I went away from trading on the 17.10.25 and got back today, and all historical data since then is missing, is there a way i can download it? I tried with edit/download data for all historical charts, but that did nothing. I just have a void on my charts from 17.10- today. |

What is the symbol for which you are having an issue? Also, is this in a sub-instance? If so, then make sure you have the data in the main instance first, and then update the sub-instance and see if that solves the issue. Es Mini. I have 4 instances of sierra, and none of them have the historical data over the time I was gone. |

Go to one of those Historical Daily charts: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.
