Study Overlay not working

Hi, I am trying to do a simple study overlay, as you will see in the pictures, the study of initial balance is not showing within the DOM study setting to overlay this. any suggestions?

some of the studies functionality are missing. it says possibly removed by anti-malware software

You need to create an exception in your anti-virus/malware software to not remove the Sierra Chart files. The particular file you are referencing is the "SierraChartStudies_64.dll", which is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). After you create the exception in your anti-virus software, then you can do an update of the Sierra Chart software. We recommend just updating to the latest version just to do so, but even if you "update" to the same release you currently have, then the file will be put back in place. hi, please see the attached chart, and to other comments this has nothing to do with anti virus, studies and overalys work fine on other charts, this one does not.

The chartbook you sent us only has 2 Trading DOMs in it. There is no chart that contains the Initial Balance study. Also, the Trading DOM that has the Study/Price Overlay is setup to overlay the Study/Price Overlay itself, which, of course, is not possible. -- As to the issue of missing studies, we need more information.
