You need to create an exception in your anti-virus/malware software to not remove the Sierra Chart files. The particular file you are referencing is the "SierraChartStudies_64.dll", which is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). After you create the exception in your anti-virus software, then you can do an update of the Sierra Chart software. We recommend just updating to the latest version just to do so, but even if you "update" to the same release you currently have, then the file will be put back in place.
