You completed the "UTP-NASDAQ CTA-NYSE Non-Professional Certification", which is necessary for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape". You have not completed the "NASDAQ Non-Professional Certification" which is necessary for the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange. If you want the NASDAQ TotalView exchange then you need to complete this document at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_NASDAQ We can not say if $20.00 in an Interactive Brokers account is enough. It depends on how they consider the account and how they will report it to us. We see that your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as November 14, 2025, so you must have connected to a valid account recently. If this was your IB account, then apparently the $20.00 works for this. You can view the "Verified Until" date for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You have not yet completed the CME Group agreements properly, so you need to redo these. You did not enter a Clearing Firm, although you did enter an Account Number. Please redo the agreements at the following link and be sure to enter your Clearing Firm/Brokerage name (if you are using IB, then enter Interactive Brokers for this): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME Then you can activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges After this, you will get the real-time data for the CME Group. If you are not going to stay connected to your trading account, then you will need to connect at least once a month. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
