You have not completed the "NASDAQ Non-Professional Certification" which is necessary for the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange. It depends on how they consider the account and how they will report it to us. We see that your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as November 14, 2025, so you must have connected to a valid account recently.
