Dear Support,

I topped up my sierra's account balance and I wasn't meant to buy the 11th pack but somehow it still took it out from my balance. I wasn't planning on buying the plan at all but it still did. Is there any possible way to get a refund? Also there's no possible way for me to use level 2 data with my Take Profit Trader accounts:(

To start with, if you wanted a different package, then follow these instructions to change your package:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package

If you do not want to use Sierra Chart any further and you want a refund, then start an Account Support Ticket at the following link and let us know exactly what you want us to do (refund Usage Time and refund Services Surplus balance to payment method, or something else, etc.).

We do not know what you are trying to say here. You are setup to get the data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active, so you should be getting the Market Depth data for any symbol that trades on the CME Exchange.

The question that I have is if i have a live account with Interactive Brokers as my connection for data as well with the denali feed subscribtion will I be able to see the level 2 data (DOM, TPO chart and everything else within orderflow) when I connect my Take Profit Trader propfirm accounts? At the moment it seems that I cannot and couple of my friends can't too so just need an aswer ASAP.

As John said, your account is setup with CME with Market-Depth, so why should there be a reason to not get Level2 data? If you want also to setup a Rithmic-account (in your case TPT) you have to use the Rithmic-connection just for order-routing. So it should work without any problem.
