Dear Support, I topped up my sierra's account balance and I wasn't meant to buy the 11th pack but somehow it still took it out from my balance. I wasn't planning on buying the plan at all but it still did. Is there any possible way to get a refund? Also there's no possible way for me to use level 2 data with my Take Profit Trader accounts:( Kind regards, Martynas. |
