Tried both date-adjusted and volume-based rollover. For all other futures contracts get continuous contract data for as long as I require. Thanks

We are not seeing any issue with getting more than 5 months of data for these symbols.

What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days to Load (or Date Range From/To)" set to?

What is the exact symbol you have entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"?

And what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

You have the Continuous notation in your chart of [CB-D]. The -D indicates that the Continuous Futures Contract option is "Disabled".

Most likely this is due to a problem with Symbol Settings. Please disable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" (make sure there is no checkmark next to it) on the "Global Settings >> Symbol Settings" window. Select OK to then close the window by selecting OK and then select "File >> Reconnect".

If this resolves it, then this would mean that you must have made a change to the symbol settings for ETH?##-CME and BTC?##-CME that is causing this issue. You would need to look through the changes you made and set whatever item would have affected this back to the default. Then you can re-enable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" again.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I've done all that, still no joy. All other charts show CBV except BTC and ETH which show CBV-D.

Once again confirm you have disabled custom symbol settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Disabling Custom Symbol Settings

And then go to the chart and reload the chart with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
