You have the Continuous notation in your chart of [CB-D]. The -D indicates that the Continuous Futures Contract option is "Disabled". Most likely this is due to a problem with Symbol Settings. Please disable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" (make sure there is no checkmark next to it) on the "Global Settings >> Symbol Settings" window. Select OK to then close the window by selecting OK and then select "File >> Reconnect". If this resolves it, then this would mean that you must have made a change to the symbol settings for ETH?##-CME and BTC?##-CME that is causing this issue. You would need to look through the changes you made and set whatever item would have affected this back to the default. Then you can re-enable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" again.
