We are not seeing any issue with getting more than 5 months of data for these symbols. What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days to Load (or Date Range From/To)" set to? What is the exact symbol you have entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"? And what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
