Hello Support — I need to activate the COMEX GC (front month) time & sales and Market-by-Order (MBO/DOM) feed for my account for research and educational purposes. My account username is . Please enable: • Real-time Time & Sales for GC (front month) • MBO / DOM with per-order details (not aggregated depth) • Tick history streaming / recording access or instructions for exporting the feed (CSV/Parquet) Please also confirm any required subscription/product name and the expected activation time. In order to be able to get and view MBO data, you need to be on the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. We see this is the package you are on now, so you are fine in this regard. The next thing you need is the COMEX exchange including the Market Depth data. Here again, we see that you have this setup as you have the "COMEX for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account". So again, you should be fine in this regard.
