In order to be able to get and view MBO data, you need to be on the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. We see this is the package you are on now, so you are fine in this regard. The next thing you need is the COMEX exchange including the Market Depth data. Here again, we see that you have this setup as you have the "COMEX for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account". So again, you should be fine in this regard.
