Downloading Chartbooks

Hi Sierra, I am attempting to download three Chartbooks (i.e., "TPH_arm64.dll; TPH_64.dll and !tph_basic.Cht. However, I can only download "!tph_basic.Cht" and it is not functioning; that is, when I go to download it I get a message that states, "Historical Intraday Data Download Failed." To be clear, I have properly Enabled File Downloads. I should also note that I am not in "Safe Mode." Can you please advise me what to do as to how to download the aforementioned Chartbooks, as such? Thanks |

You state you have a problem with downloading, but the error message you give is related to when you open a chartbook. If you are having a problem actually downloading the chartbooks, then you need to talk to whomever you are getting the chartbooks from. And refer to the following for the general process to get and open a chartbook starting at Step #7: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation With regards to the error you are getting when opening a chartbook, most likely the chartbook is using symbols for a different service than what you are setup for. Open the chartbook and then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should resolve your issue.
