Why there is auto trading enabled on my charts under trade. Worrying because there was several times new orders appeared without my knowledge. Any ideas?

Do you use an automated trading system? Whether the global option to enable automated trading is enabled or not, there will not be an automated order submitted unless you are deliberately using an automated trading system that you have very clear knowledge of and have specifically enabled. An automated trading system itself has to be enabled independently of the global option. Please contact your broker about this. Unfortunately I'm not at the desk right now. I never did anything regarding Automatic Trading ever. The orders wasn't going out to Transact but appeared three times only on charts so it should be locally only. The one other thing I noticed in a fast market when trading from charts was after I enter chart order and cancel right away it gave error and I couldn't remove it but back checking with trading software they where not there. So just little bit of annoyance with all that kind of activity. I will send you log next time I'm there if its happens again. Also I don't know if that what I saw was anything to do with Automatic trading, I'm just naturally went to TRADE settings and find it Enabled, I wish I would know how to disable it.

We do not think this is related to automated trading. That would be very unlikely. There are too many safeguards in place which would prevent that. OK, unless we see the Trade Activity Log as requested we cannot determine what the problem is. The answer is right there in the log. It is easiest if you just post the relevant lines here. There's no harm in doing so. These orders are not yours, so there should be no problem with this. Just simply post the order lines from the Trade >> Trade Activity Log >>Trade Activity tab which shows orders that are not ones you submitted. Its better if I encounter it again, if so Ill know where to look because I have a lot of activity and its hard to pinpoint especially when few times there with the other problem when hard to cancel as well.
