Do you use an automated trading system? Whether the global option to enable automated trading is enabled or not, there will not be an automated order submitted unless you are deliberately using an automated trading system that you have very clear knowledge of and have specifically enabled. An automated trading system itself has to be enabled independently of the global option.

Please contact your broker about this. If you are seeing orders that are not yours, you must contact your Broker about that.
