You are setup to get the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" data along with the "NASDAQ TotalView", so depending on what symbol you use exactly, will determine whether the data is from one or the other or both (i.e. QQQ, QQQ-NQTV, or QQQ_MBO). What is the exact symbol you are using (we need the symbol exactly as it is entered on "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol)? Do you have any data in the chart? Those symbols are part of our "CBOE Indices" exchange. You are not setup to get data for that exchange, therefore you will not get any data at all for these symbols (we do not have delayed streaming data for that exchange).
