You are setup to get the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" data along with the "NASDAQ TotalView", so depending on what symbol you use exactly, will determine whether the data is from one or the other or both (i.e. QQQ, QQQ-NQTV, or QQQ_MBO). What is the exact symbol you are using (we need the symbol exactly as it is entered on "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol)? Do you have any data in the chart?
