I was watching the open and decided to participate in the move down so I entered a short trade (5 contracts) then my charts reloaded and my winning trade was washed away when the reload happened and then i was long 9 contracts. Then i close the long position for a massive loss and re-enter the trade and again now it is showing that i have no active trades but when i close the trade i then have i have opened positions apparently because phantom trades are showing on my chart as closing. Then on top of it all R Trader Pro shows that I'm down $350. What is going on?

This is an issue with Rithmic not correctly reporting information back to your Sierra Chart. At this point, you will need to manage the open position outside of Sierra Chart. So if the position is still open and you want to close it, you will need to call your broker to do so, or use the R-Trader software. Then, when you know you are flat in the market, you can adjust the order fills within Sierra Chart to reflect what actually occurred. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Manually Inserting Missing Order Fills Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log) Alternatively, you can set the Date/Time for when order fills are loaded in order to force a point where the system will see you are flat in the market. Now after yesterday my chart is frozen though i can still see the bid/ask line moving and the depth of market on my dom but the regular candlestick charts are not updating and the time left per bar is out of whack.
