Daily ,Weekly data missing from Denali exchange feed, Even after delete and download data

Hello, I have been using a platform for over an year now but but for past few days the data on the daily or weekly is missing on the chart ,not for all the symbols but randomly appears missing on some symbols and doesnt appear even if i delete and download data again. This is really frustrating as i dont have complete day on hand before or after the market opens. IN the give picture you can see the data from 22,23-sep is missing from the daily and showing a gap which is completely wrong. kindly assist. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-24 15:25:34

The data is definitely there, as we checked to make sure. Using "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" should fix the issue, so we are not sure what is occurring. Is this chart setup to be an Historical data chart or an Intraday data chart - please let us know the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type". The missing data issue for some NASDAQ symbols has now been resolved.
