The data is definitely there, as we checked to make sure. Using "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" should fix the issue, so we are not sure what is occurring. Is this chart setup to be an Historical data chart or an Intraday data chart - please let us know the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type".
