Hello Sierra Support, I would like to open a trading account through a broker that is supported by Sierra Chart. Could you please let me know: 1. Which supported brokers currently provide the lowest minimum deposit requirements? 2. Which brokers offer the best pricing or discounts for Sierra Chart (platform fees and market data)? 3. If possible, please indicate which brokers have simpler account opening requirements. Thank you very much for your help. |

To start with, Sierra Chart is not available through brokers. You can only get Sierra Chart directly from us, and we only have discounts for multiple-month purchases up front. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing If you are looking for a broker with low minimums in order to open an account to meet the requirements for the CME Group to be a non-professional, then refer to the following: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Otherwise, the only other thing we will state regarding brokers - is that if you are just trading the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing service, which has no order routing fees (typically these fees are about $0.10 per side from other vendors). So you can save a bit of money using this option. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing A list of supported brokers for the Teton Order Routing Service is in Step #2 of the Setup Instructions on the above page. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello Sierra Support, Thank you for your previous reply. I would like to get more details regarding the costs: 1. What is the current price of Sierra Chart for a standard monthly subscription? 2. If I want to receive market data (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX), what are the fees for the data feed? 3. If I open an account through a supported broker with your Teton Order Routing service, what would be the total cost for both Sierra Chart and the market data, assuming I choose the broker with the lowest minimum deposit? Thank you very much for your guidance. |

1. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing 2. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) 3. Just add the two items from #1 and #2 together. Keep in mind that these fees renew at different times. The Sierra Chart packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle based on when you first activated your account. So the actual date each month will change since not all months have 31 days in them. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the fees are due on the first day of each month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I was reviewing your Denali Exchange Data Feed page and noticed the following: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts: $13/month - CME for Professionals or users without a trading account: $150/month I would like to pay the $13/month rate for the CME Market Depth data. Could you please clarify exactly what I need to do in order to qualify for this Non-Professional pricing? Do I need to open an account with a supported broker, and if so, could you provide guidance on the steps required? Thank you for your assistance. |

In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
