https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1757435926963.png Hi, I just updated my service package to 12 and as shown in the image, I would like to see the Ask and bid market orders columns (named them Ask and Bid in image) which I added via > trade > customize chart dom columns (see added attached file "DOM"). My problem is that I don't get any data showing up on DOM which I attached to chart. I followed the steps described via next link, but output stays the same. Market By Order Data Any ideas how I might solve this? Thanks in advance Jos |

What is odd is that you are not getting any Market Depth data either. But you are setup with the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", so you should be fine in this regard. Please go through the items at the following link to resolve the Market Depth data issue first, hopefully this will also solve the Market by Order issue: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
