Data Not loading from before I open up Sierra Chart

Hi Team. I've just gotten started with Sierra Chart. The moment I open it up I get real time data which is good, however, it won't load any data from before the moment I open up my Sierra Chart. For context, I'm using an Intraday chart and I want to be able to look at past data as well as current data. I've set data limiting/loading to 7 days worth. However it only shows me data from the moment I opened up the software. What should I do to fix this? |

You need to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than from Rithmic. This is a limitation with Rithmic data. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy In order to get The CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
