You need to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than from Rithmic. This is a limitation with Rithmic data. Refer to the following:

In order to get The CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more on this requirement:

Once you have worked out the above, then you can setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed by following these instructions:
