Hi! I am using the trial Sierra Chart and have downloaded a compatible chart from Ticino Trades. Once I open the .cht file (TicinoTrader_3ColumnFP-v2_v2686.Cht) in SC, it does not properly open, only showing black screens where the charts should be. I am wondering if this is because I'm on the free trial of Sierra Chart or if it is a problem with my Windows 11 settings or Ticino Chart? Appreciate your help!

To begin with, while on a trial, you have limited data access. Therefore, if the charts are for data for which you do not have access, then you would get a blank chart. Refer to the following for what data is available:

Second, different services use different symbology, therefore the charts in the chartbook may not have the symbols setup for what you need. To fix this, open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I updated my access to Integrated Advanced at it is working now, thank you so much!
