Hi! I am using the trial Sierra Chart and have downloaded a compatible chart from Ticino Trades. Once I open the .cht file (TicinoTrader_3ColumnFP-v2_v2686.Cht) in SC, it does not properly open, only showing black screens where the charts should be. I am wondering if this is because I'm on the free trial of Sierra Chart or if it is a problem with my Windows 11 settings or Ticino Chart? Appreciate your help!

To begin with, while on a trial, you have limited data access. Therefore, if the charts are for data for which you do not have access, then you would get a blank chart. Refer to the following for what data is available: Sierra Chart Trial Account Second, different services use different symbology, therefore the charts in the chartbook may not have the symbols setup for what you need. To fix this, open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
