What exactly is the problem? What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? We see that you have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active. Do you need something else? Hi John, Apologies for my ignorance with this. I only trade the ES or MES - so I only need the feed for that. I also still have delayed at the top of the ES chart? Im looking to get rid of the delayed data and get real time data which is why I subscribed to package 11 |

You need to be on an Integrated package in order to be able to get the data. But you do have to setup, activate, and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data. For the real-time data for the CME Group, you also need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. ok thanks for the help. If I want to get tick data, ADX market internals from the open do I need to complete the above? Or will they work with my current package? Thanks for the help Paul |

The data you get from our Denali Exchange Data Feed is 1 tick data, as long as you have the following option set to store the data as 1 tick: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) You do not need to be setup to get the real-time data to have access to the 1 tick historical data we have. Right now, you have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active, so you are setup to get the real-time data for ADX.
