Suddenly today no market data at all

I opened Sierra Chart today and suddenly get the errors "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.ENQU25. ID:6" "Historical intraday data download failed historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed" All settings are the same in Data/Trade Services as they always have been. I went to Account Management and saw there was a "Sierra Chart License Agreement - 2024-05-16" agreement for me to sign. I signed and submitted but it does not yet show as "Reviewed and Accepted". Could that be the problem?? How do I fix it as soon as possible? THANKS! |

In both of your situations you are not setup to get any data from us. We do not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, if you want to get data for the CME Group, you need to activate an exchange on our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can access the exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges In both of your cases, you have had data previously, so you do not need to redo the agreements, and since you are using CQG, your "Verified Until" date is already in the future. So you just need to activate the appropriate exchange and you will be able to get the data. E-mini DJIA (YM) is CBOT. So I should activate "CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" right? (not "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts") |

If you only need data for YM, then yes, you would want to activate a CBOT exchange. Which one depends on whether you need market depth data or not.

jgc1123: Everything on your account looks good. We need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
