In both of your situations you are not setup to get any data from us. We do not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, if you want to get data for the CME Group, you need to activate an exchange on our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can access the exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges In both of your cases, you have had data previously, so you do not need to redo the agreements, and since you are using CQG, your "Verified Until" date is already in the future. So you just need to activate the appropriate exchange and you will be able to get the data.
