Hello. I used to be a SA user for a while. Took time off the screens (~ 1 year) and am back with a new PC.

Two things. From my old pc I copied all backups/data files for each instance into a hard drive, plugged it in into the new pc and with each instance started opening up my old chartbooks, etc.
Though, I have came to a conclusion that there is so much to change manually that I would like to know if there is a one time (or close to) drag and drop with the old config file or something from the old pc to make a 1-1 match to the new pc. Global settings, graphic settings, etc- everything. Thinking about it now can I just copy the entire installation?

two. historical data. Im using rithmic as my data feeds and even with trying to download historical data through edit- download historical or intraday data, it doesnt do anything but only start from when i first opened up the chartbooks- so basically zero historical data. I do recall when I was a daily user there was some sort of setting I had to turn on to fetch the historical data from rithmic. Can i use denali for historical and rithmic for "current data" ? (not sure how I would call it) because I like the speed of the DOMs with rithmic in terms of update ms to lowest (10ms).

This is an issue with Rithmic. There is nothing we can do about it. Refer to the following:

You can NOT get historical data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and Live data from Rithmic. It is either one or the other. We definitely recommend changing to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to have access to the historical data.

Ok I gave in to Denali data. Though I have missing intra-day/historical data from ONLY todays session (7-17). I have support for sierra chart data feeds to on, and have tried every form of delete all data and download, edit/download intraday data, and download all data- historical data. What else could I be missing?

You have not yet connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. As such, you are not yet getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which is why you are not getting the historical data to fill in. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

You will know when you have made a good connection, as your "Verified Until" date will adjust to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Right now your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2023-10-26" (October 26, 2025). You can view this date at the following link:
