Live data not working despite Teton CME + Denali subscription

Hello,

I have an active Service Package 11 with Denali Exchange Data and Teton CME Routing, connected via AMP Futures. I am subscribed to real-time CME data (NQ, MNQ), and everything appears correctly set up on AMP's side.

However, my charts are still displaying "delayed" next to the symbols (e.g. NQU25_FUT_CME[M], MNQU25_FUT_CME[M]). Even when the candles update momentarily, the chart freezes and does not stream data properly.

Could you please check if everything is correctly enabled for real-time data on your end, and confirm if I’m using the correct symbol format for Teton with Denali?

Everything looks good in your account, and those are the correct symbols.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
