Hello Support, I am using a custom control bar to place orders and getting the following error messages: 2025-07-08 13:15:50.724 | Error opening trade window configuration file for determining internal version. C:\SierraChart_CRYPTO\Data\Canceling child orders of internal order ID 457702. Internal cancel. File error: Windows error code 2: The system cannot find the file specified. * 2025-07-08 13:15:50.724 | Error opening trade window configuration file for determining internal version. C:\SierraChart_CRYPTO\Data\��. File error: Windows error code 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. * 2025-07-08 13:15:57.111 | Error opening trade window configuration file for determining internal version. C:\SierraChart_CRYPTO\Data\Trading Evaluator (Canceled). Info: Simulated order canceled. File error: Windows error code 2: The system cannot find the file specified. * 2025-07-08 13:15:57.111 | Error opening trade window configuration file for determining internal version. C:\SierraChart_CRYPTO\Data\ 6� . File error: Windows error code 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. * The issue appears to be intermittent - sometimes it's happening, sometimes not. The orders are still being placed and appear to be correct but it does generate the error described above. Is there a remedy to this problem? |

It looks like you somehow saved some Trade Configurations with bad characters, so there is a problem loading them. You need to look at the Trade Configurations you have setup for your system and if any of them have bad characters, you will need to remove them and then rebuild them if you need them. Refer to the following for the general information on the Trade Configurations: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Using and Changing Between Different Trade Window and Attached Orders Configurations The files have the extension ".twconfig". You may need to access the files from the operating system and remove them that way. I am assuming it would be related specifically to Trade Configurations names used on the chart where this message is generated, correct?

Yes. You can see that the names have odd characters in them as noted in the error messages.
