It looks like you somehow saved some Trade Configurations with bad characters, so there is a problem loading them. You need to look at the Trade Configurations you have setup for your system and if any of them have bad characters, you will need to remove them and then rebuild them if you need them. You may need to access the files from the operating system and remove them that way.
