The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

My data feed is now gone when I was paying for denali.

For User859290, when you comes to Real-time CME Group Futures Data it is necessary to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify for discounted Non-Professional Data

The CME Group expects you to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional
[*Note: we know of only the CME Group having this rule, not EUREX, not CFE, not NASDAQ, not NYSE, just the CME Group*]

Do you have a Futures Trading Account? Interactive Broker would suffice.
