Hello Sierra Chart Team, I have signed all CME Non-Professional agreements and I would like to activate the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" on my Denali Data Feed. However, I keep receiving an error saying "Exchanges cannot be activated". Could you please review and enable my access? Thank you. Account: Amine Fartal |

The reason you are not able to activate an exchange is that you are on the "Base Advanced" package. On the Base packages, you can not connect to data and trading services, including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages to do this. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages To change to a different package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package But, there is another issue, which is that you have not properly filled out the exchange agreements. In particular, you have not entered a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account. You must have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be able to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that live account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you work out the above, then you can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
