Hello, i think I have a problem with my chart. the orders are not loading. I am Live, but it just stays still and does not move on the chart. And my Quoteboard says 0 order (see in the pic). even though they are working days and the Market is open appreciate your Help. |

I posted you the Massage on Sunnday, the markets are closed on at this time, I am aware of that. As I mentioned at market opening, there is still nothing loading. For example last when on Thursday, I opened the Market at 10:30am utc and Nottingham was loading |

Above all else, you are setup to use the Teton Order Routing service, but you do not have any exchanges active. The exchange you did have active in May did not renew on June 1, 2025, since you did not have an active Sierra Chart account at that time.
