Accidentally paid for package 11 and CME data feed on wrong account

I paid for 1 month of package 11 ($46 USD) and for CME data feed ($13 USD) on the wrong account by accident. Would I be able to reimburse the wrong account and setup up the correct account instead? I have everything else setup through my broker on my other account or else it wouldn't be a big deal. Thanks for the help, and let me know what I need to do to correct it.

I accidentally added it to my ctallen.dev account and should have added it to this account (ctalle3).

We can move the Usage Time and funds without a problem. But we cannot refund the exchange fees, as these go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. And they do their accounting based on the Account Name not the actual individual person.

But the only reason your Sierra Chart account would make a difference is if you are setup to use the Teton Order Routing Service. Otherwise, the connection to your trading service is in your local software and has no dependence on your Sierra Chart Account.

Also, we do not see any files set to download for either account, so this is an item that has no impact on which account you use.

Let us know what you would like for us to do.

I'm a little confused by your response. I haven't taken any trades or anything yet. I am trying to setup Teton Order Routing though. I just accidentally purchased Service Package 11 and the CME data (non-professional) on my ctallen.dev account instead of my ctalle3 account. The ctalle3 account is already setup with my brokerage to allow Teton Order Routing to work. Would I be able to deactivate and be refunded the Service Package 11 and cme data on my ctallen.dev account and activate/move it to my ctalle3 account instead? Thank you for the help.

We can move the Usage Time and any funds in the ctallen.dev account. But the $13.00 that has gone to the Exchange Fee is not refundable and not movable. So that will be gone.

The rest of the information was to see why you wanted to move the account, as there are only a few reasons why it would be important to keep a particular account. One of which is that you are setup with the Teton Order Routing service, which does us the Account Name to tie your Sierra Chart software to the brokerage account.

In the end, we want you to be aware that we can not move the exchange and see if you wanted to do something different.

Please verify that you are fine with losing the exchange fee and that you want the Usage Time and funds moved from ctallen.dev to ctalle3.

Note that the account ctalle3 is now set to renew to the Integrated Advanced package each month. If you want something else, then you can change this on the "Activate Services" page. Refer to the following:
