We can move the Usage Time and any funds in the ctallen.dev account. But the $13.00 that has gone to the Exchange Fee is not refundable and not movable. So that will be gone. The rest of the information was to see why you wanted to move the account, as there are only a few reasons why it would be important to keep a particular account. One of which is that you are setup with the Teton Order Routing service, which does us the Account Name to tie your Sierra Chart software to the brokerage account. In the end, we want you to be aware that we can not move the exchange and see if you wanted to do something different.
